Shipping & Returns

We never profit from P&P charges and charge actual postage cost or slightly cheaper in many cases. Please feel free to check on us by taking a look at the actual postage cost printed on the package when you receive it.

Dispatch

All orders are dispatched next business day Monday-Friday. Orders received before 12:00 are sometimes dispatched same day, if you absolutely have to have your order the next day please call us on 01242 506251 before placing your order and we will confirm availability of same day dispatch.

UK Deliveries are sent via Royal Mail First Class Small Packets, expect delivery within 2-3 days of placing your order.

Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day service is also available for UK customers, delivery is is 1-2 days.

Overseas Deliveries are sent via Royal Mail Airmail Small Packets or Royal Mail Airsure Small Packets, depending on your location and service chosen, delivery will take 5-15 working days.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We want all our buyers to be thoroughly happy with any transaction and we will do whatever we reasonably can to ensure that. If you have any problem with an item purchased from us or any other aspect of the transaction in the first instance please contact us at service@gamesgadgetsnmore.co.uk or on 01242 506251 with details of your purchase and the problem you're having.

If you are not satisfied for any reason we will refund the total cost of your purchase as as stated on the order invoice for the disputed transaction upon return of the item to our registered address.

The conditions are as follows:

• Report the problem to us within 14 calendar days of receiving the item.
• Allow us 5 working days to correct the problem to your satisfaction.
• Return the item to us complete with all accessories and packaging (packaging maybe omitted or damaged only if there was no reasonable way to determine the items needed returning without opening the packaging)
• Items returned with no fault (i.e. because purchaser changed mind) and are not returned complete with unopened packaging may be subject to a 25% re-stocking fee.
